Job Title: Partnerships & Alliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Alliance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing, growing, and maintaining partnerships with key industry players, including AWS, Microsoft, Google, and Salesforce. The Alliance Manager will be responsible for fostering strong relationships, driving collaboration, and maximizing mutual business opportunities to achieve strategic objectives.


  • Partnership Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for our strategic partners, including AWS, Microsoft, Google, and Salesforce.
    • Develop and nurture strong relationships with partner representatives at various levels to foster collaboration and mutual success.
    • Stay informed about partner products, roadmaps, and industry trends to identify synergies and opportunities for collaboration.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute joint business plans with partners to drive growth and achieve strategic objectives.
    • Identify and prioritize key areas of mutual interest and potential revenue streams.
    • Develop strategies to leverage partner ecosystems to expand market reach and enhance our value proposition
  • Business Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities and initiatives that align with partner capabilities and market demand.
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and sales enablement activities.
    • Drive engagement and participation in partner-related events, conferences, and activities.
  • Exploring New Partnerships:
    • Research and identify potential new partners and emerging players in the industry.
    • Evaluate partnership opportunities for strategic fit, alignment with business goals, and potential value.
    • Develop and execute plans to establish new partnerships that drive innovation and growth.
  • Implementation Partner Engagement:
    • Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure seamless integration and deployment of our solutions.
    • Provide guidance and support to implementation partners, enabling them to effectively deliver value to mutual customers.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Monitor and evaluate the progress of partner relationships against defined metrics and goals.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations to showcase partnership performance, achievements, and potential areas for improvement.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize partnership strategies and outcomes.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management:
    • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, contracts, and terms.
    • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage any necessary modifications or renewals.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Facilitate effective communication and alignment between internal teams and partner organizations.
    • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver on joint initiatives, resolve challenges, and seize market opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in alliance management, business development, or partnership roles within the technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing and technology ecosystems, with specific knowledge of AWS, Microsoft, Google, and Salesforce platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, track metrics, and derive insights to guide decision-making.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings, events, and conferences.
