• Collaborate closely with Sales Vice President, Managing Directors, and Delivery Vice President to provide actionable insights and strategic support to the sales team.
• Analyze and interpret sales data, ratios, and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasts to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Support the sales team by delivering data-driven recommendations to optimize processes and achieve targets.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate BDP meetings while being an advocate for the process. Identify action items from the meetings, communicate and follow up with owners as needed.
• Prepare and facilitate quarterly reviews for each of the assigned portfolios.
• Strategize with the team to continue to provide relevant information and data that will support growth opportunities.
• Analyze and monitor Dexian’s Prospect, Target, Customer and Account Portfolio to detect patterns & trends and be able to transfer knowledge across the business units to help drive business development
• Research companies using business intelligence tools and websites based on business need and business development initiatives
• Travel around the region to strengthen relationships and participate in business development conversations with the team.
Overall Requirements:
• Must be willing to travel a minimum of 20%
• Subject matter expert in sales, having experienced many different situations and can be called upon to help
• Understand how sales is a process and follows our organization's Sales Process
• Detail-oriented and able to break Sales down into individual parts
• Knows sales Nomenclature and business terminology
• Passionate about sales and development of others
• Well respected in the field and within services
• Forward thinker
• Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Above average time management/organizational skills including appropriate sense of urgency and proactive approach
• Ability to prepare both high level and in-depth reports and presentations as requested.
