Job Title: Compliance Lead 

Department: Human Resources  

Reports To: HR Director 

Direct Reports: 1+  

FLSA Classification: Exempt  

 

SUMMARY: 

This role is expected to provide expertise, guidance, and advice concerning all security administrative and compliance functions. This position requires independent judgment and discretion, as well as the identification, analysis, and resolution of security-related and compliance matters. The person is this role will be looked to as a lead and example for the team.  
 

This position offers a competitive base salary, to be determined based on the candidate and his/her background and experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), employer-paid short-term disability, voluntary life insurance, unlimited paid time off and more.  

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Assist with Oversight on Internal Audits: FLSA, I-9 Audits (all), WOTC Audit, Minimum Wage, Termination audit, NHP audit 

  • Attend Client Kick off calls 

  • Assist with maintaining the client compliance trackers 

  • Perform periodic audits on client compliance trackers to ensure all data is correct and in alignment with our contracts 

  • Assist with Answering Service Now Tickets 

  • Work with Second Level Review team and be initial escalation regarding any questions that the compliance specialist, AM or HRA cannot answer 

  • Work with compliance specialist to prepare and schedule quarterly townhall 

  • Be first line of RTO or Sick leave coverage for any SLR Compliance Specialist when out 

  • Create Background Coding Master report each month 

  • Approve all Background invoices after coding has been completed by Compliance specialist 

  • Assist Compliance Manager with any other tasks needed.Provides guidance and instruction to employees to ensure completion of security paperwork 

  • Responds to all Compliance JIRA tickets within agreed deadlines 

  • Assists Compliance Counsel on other compliance-related issues, as needed 

  • Collaborates effectively with HR / Delivery / Recruiters / AEs 

  • Adheres to all DEXIAN policies and business processes; measure the effectiveness of processes by using all designated DEXIAN tools, such as Analyzer, PeopleSoft, Bullhorn, Holden, SFDC, Discoverer, LinkedIn, MS Suite 

  • Volunteers to be involved in new program development that benefits DEXIAN and its employees 

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

The ideal candidate should have: 

 

  • 4+ years’ experience  

  • Must be aware of present-day security issues 

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills 

  • Proficient computer skills 

  • Familiarity with general corporate compliance issues is a plus 

  • Education to include bachelor’s degree
