Job Summary:
Dexian is seeking a highly motivated and analytical person to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the effectiveness of our talent acquisition sourcing strategies (70% source effectiveness and 30% campaign work). This role involves evaluating various sourcing channels, measuring their performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven recommendations to enhance the quality and efficiency of our hiring process. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven individual with a strong understanding of talent acquisition and sourcing best practices.
Responsibilities:
  • Data Collection & Analysis:
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals, agencies, etc.).
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key sourcing metrics (e.g., source of hire, cost per hire, time to fill, candidate quality, conversion rates).
    • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of different sourcing strategies.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of website traffic, user behavior, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
    • Generate regular reports and presentations for stakeholders, including talent acquisition leadership and hiring managers.
 
  • Optimizations:
    • Evaluate the performance of existing sourcing channels and recommend strategies for optimization.
    • Identify and test new sourcing channels and technologies to expand our talent pool.
    • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve sourcing effectiveness.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance candidate engagement and conversion rates.

·  Talent Market Research:
    • Conduct research on talent market trends and competitor sourcing strategies.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest sourcing technologies and best practices.
    • Provide insights on talent availability and market conditions to inform sourcing strategies.

·  Collaboration & Communication:
    • Collaborate with talent acquisition team members, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Provide training and guidance to talent acquisition team members on sourcing best practices.

·  Data Integrity:
    • Ensure data accuracy within the ATS and all other sourcing related platforms.
    • Find and resolve data discrepancies.
 
  • Campaign Work:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and KPIs.
    • Conduct thorough audience research and competitive analysis to identify target segments and optimal media channels.
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive media plan, including channel selection, budget allocation, and targeting strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 + years of experience in talent acquisition, marketing, or analytics.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition and sourcing best practices.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other talent acquisition technologies, specifically Bullhorn.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
