Job Title:                         Federal Contracts & Compliance Manager
Department:                   LinTech / Legal
Reports To:                    LinTech CFO / Dexian DISYS Chief Legal Officer
Direct Reports:              None
FLSA Classification:       Exempt
 
 

SUMMARY:

The Federal Contracts & Compliance Manager will manage all contracts and federal contractor compliance in coordination with the LinTech management and the Dexian DISYS Chief Legal Officer.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Preparation and review of all LinTech contracts, amendments, and work orders, including standard forms. 
  • Ability to interpret terms of a contract, identify risk, and communicate terms concisely and in their own words.
  • Management of contract workflow and processes including preparation of contract overviews; coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manages LinTech Federal contractor compliance programs in coordination with LinTech executive management and Dexian DISYS Legal Dept.
  • Understands functions of all LinTech departments to make effective decisions and recommendations.
  • Actively participates in team meetings and leads discussion.
  • Oversees LinTech contracts processes, files, reporting and compliance and serves a resource to LinTech management with respect to contracts


QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate should have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4+ years total Federal Contracts / Compliance experience
  • Must have small business and full and open contract experience
  • Sub – contractor experience
  • Very strong reading comprehension skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, collaborative, positive
