Job description

3+ year’s experience working in Human Resources within a staff augmentation or managed services line of business
Strong communicator of oral and written work; also good presentation skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Education to include BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
Top Secret level clearance
Technically proficient in working w/ an ERP system as well as Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrate a positive and professional image
•Favorable assessment results

Administration:
Conduct FLSA Evaluations on position descriptions
•Proactively manage HR systems in order to ensure data integrity
Assist HR Lead with training new hires as well as training existing personnel on new processes
Assist HR Lead with the auditing of employee I-9s, checklists, new hire files, and supervisor information
Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations

Onboarding/Offboarding:
Submit pre-employment screening orders for new-hires, according to client required pre-employment screening requirements - track status of background checks, review non-compliant results with HR Lead and follow adverse action process, if applicable
Review background package for consistency with client background check requirements, add any missing components 
Ensure all client specific paperwork is sent and signed, completed and properly filed, following-up as needed, prior to the individual beginning work
Create and maintain employee records in Oracle HCM and PeopleSoft
Coordinate w/ HR immigration specialist to onboard foreign nationals, as needed
Facilitate the I-9 process, collect employment eligibility verification documents and verify employment eligibility
Coordinate w/Travel to order the Amex card and assist with travel preferences, as needed
Coordinate w/IT and new hires to order the equipment, safety badges, etc., as needed
Process terminations, collect and file off-boarding paperwork, process final check according to state or local requirements, verify all equipment is return following the Asset Process, ensure all consultant expenses are submitted

Consultant/ Employee Care:
Manage Consultant care to ensure all items are completed
Touch base w/ consultants, several times, during the first month of employment to ensure a seamless onboarding process
Maintain an open line of communication throughout the duration of the Consultant’s employment to ensure a high level of care
Perform quarterly data accuracy check to ensure that Consultant data is correct and complete
Generate End Date reports and request that projected end dates be updated when appropriate
Work with the Account Executive and Recruiter to achieve excellent customer service and Consultant Care
Provide HR and business policy guidance to Consultants and assist w/ the administration of Human Resources policies and procedures
Coordinate with the Benefits team on Consultant benefits issues, enrollment, and leave program administration
Direct employment-related inquiries, such as employment verification requests and unemployment compensation inquiries and proceedings to the appropriate corporate HR contacts
Provide employee relations support and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed and administered in a fair and non-discriminatory manner, escalate more complex situations as appropriate
Oversee facilities management, submit and approve supply orders for designated branch office locations, handle and distribute mail and other files as needed, assist with the coordination of office team building events
Ensure compliance with client’s safety requirements and update workplace safety program as needed
