Job Title: Grand Circus Digital Operations Manager

SUMMARY:
The Digital Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding Grand Circus’ digital marketing & student recruitment infrastructure, integrating platforms, automating tasks, and tracking performance across CRMs, websites, landing pages, email, social media (organic and paid), SMS, and search/display ads. The Digital Marketing Operations Manager will set up, optimize, and report on digital ad campaigns designed to generate new prospective student leads and move applicants through the funnel. The person in this role will work closely with our Digital Content Creator, freelancers, and outside agencies to coordinate creative asset development in support of these efforts. The Digital Marketing Operations Manager will report to the Director of Marketing & Enrollment Management, and may be located anywhere in the US, coordinating with our staff which is largely in the US Eastern time zone.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing workflows and automations to nurture leads and applicants within the HubSpot CRM, while also creating efficiencies for marketing and admissions.
Managing the capture and flow of data through HubSpot for leads and applicants and ensuring overall data consistency and integrity.
Setting up and optimizing lead generation ads, including but not limited to Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Tik Tok Ads.
Ensuring proper end-to-end tracking across digital platforms.
Reporting on KPIs and audience insights to the Director of Marketing & Enrollment Management.
Performing keyword research to identify organic and paid growth opportunities for the Grand Circus brand.
Maintaining Grand Circus website in WordPress and publishing content as needed.
Developing website landing pages in support of campaigns.
Building email marketing campaigns that leverage dynamic content, segmentation, and A/B testing.
Regularly reviewing Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Core Web Vitals, Quality Assurance (QA) reports, and optimizing website content accordingly.
Monitor backup processes for key martech systems.
