SUMMARY:
The Manager of Sales Enablement will partner with Dexian Managing Directors to help in the development of Account Managers and Mentors to support SRP, Sales Orientation and PATH to $200. This role will be vital to the Company in developing successful salespeople. The person in this role will work as a hands-on facilitator with salespeople and will coach MDs to help implement a consistent sales strategy. The Manager of Sales Enablement will also work to achieve quicker recruiter to sales results and better retention.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Act in partnership to the MDs to coach and help in the development of Account Managers and mentors to develop more successful salespeople
  • Provide hands-on support and coaching to all new salespeople upon graduation from our Sales Development Programs
  • Communicate in a manner that supports the MDs, VPs, and the leaders of complex RSDPs’ efforts in sales development, and maintains consistent messaging across portfolios, accounts, and geos as well as support of the D&A programs
  • Make data driven assessments and recommendations based upon what is discovered in the field to help us improve the operational effectiveness of our MDs, VPs, and complex RSDP leaders, with a particular focus on the efforts that ultimately helps lead to promoting more salespeople faster and ensuring a greater percentage of them being successful
  • Partner with MD’s to ensure that core AM best practices are happening in a consistent manger. These are not limited to: weekly sales activity expectations, having weekly 1:1 cadence with MD, client visit shadows; assisting in analyzing core reports to develop individual action plans.
  • Work closely with Director of Sales Enablement to help develop sales training on needed sales skills
  • Investigate and stay current on the competition’s methods and practices for sales development and communicate those findings on a regular basis to leadership
  • Positive feedback for the program from field (CSAT)
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales Enablement in leading the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our Sales Development Programs (SRP, Sales Orientation, Path to $200)
  • Accelerates the ramp of Dexian Account Managers
  • Partner with Managing Directors to create individual training plans for Account Managers under $200/gp that meet specific needs of their teams and drive a faster ramp up time
  • Partner with the Director of Sales Enablement to track and analyze the performance of our sales development programs, making data driven adjustments to improve ramp up and retention outcomes
  • Travel to portfolios to assist managing directors with the development of account managers under ramp, shadow visits and sales activities and make recommendations


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
  • Must be willing to travel a minimum of 50%
  • Subject matter expert in sales, having experienced many different situations and can be called upon to help
  • Has successfully sold locally
  • Has successfully mentored others
  • Understand how sales is a process and follows our organization's Sales Process
  • Detail-oriented and able to break Sales down into individual parts
