GENERAL INFORMATION Job Description
Role Title: Sr. Business Development Executive (BDE)
Role Group: Sales
Department: Dexian IT Solutions
Compensation: 120k base with commission
- 10+ years’ experience as a Business Development/Account Executive with at least 5 years in selling IT Services and Solutions.
- Ability to drive sales; ability to prospect new accounts and create a strong value proposition for the client
- Strong communicator of oral and written work; also good presentation skills
- Strong influencer through being proactive, creative and persuasive of others in solving client problems or recommending new ideas/strategies
- Understands the importance of documentation and the utilization of tracking tools
- Good knowledge of assigned vertical/industries with an ability to learn quickly
- Strong relationship building skills – ability to become customer’s trusted individual
- Superior interpersonal skills-work collaboratively within a matrix organization
- Plan and adopt to changes both internal and external
- Favorable results on assessments –Sales Skills Index™ and Rembrandt Portrait®
- Education to include BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
Capability:

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve annual KPI targets,
- Build and maintain key relationships with clients; become trusted advisor
- Lead and implement the go-to-market strategy plan for assigned accounts
- Create and update Account Plans regularly
- Manage assigned clients within assigned vertical by using tools to the fullest extent
- Collaborate effectively with Business Units, Offshore Delivery and Practices
- Leverage Offshore capabilities aggressively
- Adhere to all DISYS policies and business processes; measure effectiveness of processes by using all designated DISYS tools especially CRM tool SFDC,
- Actively participate in developing Junior Business Development Executives
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
- At least 10 years’ experience in IT Architecture and Virtual Design.
- Demonstrable leadership skills within a global matrix organization.
- Ability to lead global, multicultural teams.
- Excellent budget management skills.
- Excellent communication and change management skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
