Job Title: Operations Manager, Data & Analytics
Department: Information Technology
Reports To: IT Director
Direct Reports: Potentially 1-2
FLSA Classification: Exempt
SUMMARY:
This role provides overall project management & oversight of critical information Data & Analytics (D&A) technology initiatives and programs. Ensures that goals are accomplished within time and budget goals, in line with business objectives and stakeholder expectations, and within quality and integrity parameters.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage Program Initiatives: Manages and is responsible for the successful and timely completion of Data & Analytics internal initiatives, operations, and management tasks. This will include updating and maintaining our IT Portfolio within our ITIL tool ServiceNow.

Reports & Communication: Prepares and delivers various reports, communications, business & technical presentation documents for the D&A team, IT Organization, and the CIO senior leadership team (SLT).

Represent D&A: Fill in for the Head of Data & Analytics in leadership, operations, project and stakeholder meetings as needed.

Internal Process Improvements: Establishes internal service delivery performance benchmarks to drive Quality Assurance engagements and develops strategies/initiatives for improvement.

Knowledge Library: Overseas content development and establishes & manages processes for communicating team announcements, new product releases, and program activities to stakeholders and user community. Ensures new/updated processes, procedures, and knowledge are incorporated in a timely fashion in the knowledgebase.

D&A Assets: Track, report, and manage D&A assets. This will include managing and tracking documentation created within our ETL tool for Data objects and code base.

PMO Collaboration: For projects managed by PMO, collaborate with the assigned PMO lead to oversee development & maintenance of project plans, as well as timely management & execution.

Special projects: Participates in special projects as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate should have:

Bachelor’s degree or equal experience
-
3-5 years experience of general scrum understanding or 2-6 years internal experience
-
Proven ability to successfully handle multiple priorities
-
Interfaces with inside stakeholders and outside vendors
